Shipping & Delivery
All orders inside Australia and New Zealand are FREE. Please allow 3 – 10 business working days for delivery. Please note, wholesale orders will be required to pay shipping and delivery. Items outside of Australia and the New Zealand will be shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 5 to 10 Business days for International deliveries. Any out of stock items will be noted as such on our site.
Returns & Replacements
Any faulty items must be returned to Punish within 30 Days of purchase with it’s original receipt and packaging.
If an item is damaged or faulty, then we will gladly send you a replacement should we not be able to resolve the problem otherwise.
We will offer an in store credit should we not have the same or similar product in stock.
Items on special can not be refunded.
You are NOT entitled to a refund if you:
Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods;
Realise you can’t afford the goods;
Found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere;
Chose the wrong size or colour;
Knew about the particular fault prior to purchase; and/or
Were responsible for causing the fault.
